The customer was sent a brand-new replacement, and this one has been on the shelf since.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHow the price works:\u003c\/strong\u003e it starts at $70 and \u003cstrong\u003edrops every night at midnight\u003c\/strong\u003e for 30 days, down to a $20 floor. The floor price only lasts 24 hours. If nobody grabs it, the price goes back up to $70 and the 30-day countdown starts again. Often no LED, and the radio kept searching for it and then shut down.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIt connected from the radio menu only once. It would sometimes start if powered over \u003cstrong\u003eUSB\u003c\/strong\u003e, and once running it stayed on.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eOur take\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur tech tested the customer's radio with another module and it ran fine for an hour, so he was \"fairly certain\" \u003cstrong\u003ethe Tracer module is the faulty part\u003c\/strong\u003e. The symptoms point to the module's power input or boot circuit from the module bay.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eCould score:\u003c\/strong\u003e a firmware reflash via TBS Agent, or powering it differently, may get it going.
