Shipping policy
Full details, tables and the story behind our shipping model: phaserfpv.com.au/pages/shipping-delivery
DISPATCH: Order before 1pm AEST on a business day and your order ships the same day from Somersby NSW. Pre-order and backorder ETAs are shown on the product page and confirmed on your order.
RATES: Live carrier rates at checkout - you pay what we pay, never marked up. An automatic shipping discount is applied to your order total: over $99 saves $5, over $150 saves $8, over $250 saves $12, over $400 saves $15, over $1,000 saves $20, over $2,000 saves $50. We don't offer "free" shipping because it is never free - it gets baked into product prices; our way keeps prices sharp and treats every postcode equally.
BATTERIES & DANGEROUS GOODS: Items marked [DG] travel by road only (no air, no express upgrade, no international) and add 1-2 business days. Full rules and battery safety: phaserfpv.com.au/pages/battery-safety
DELIVERY: Parcels ship signature-on-delivery by default. Safe Drop is your choice, set in your AusPost app - a parcel delivered to your Safe Drop instruction is your responsibility from that point. Sydney same-day courier available via GO Logistics (order before 9am). Untracked letter post is available for small items and is carried entirely at your risk.
LOST OR DAMAGED: Contact us first - we lodge and chase the carrier investigation daily. Unresolved after 14 days: we resend or refund, your choice. A statutory declaration is required for orders over $100. Parcels arriving damaged or tampered with: send photos of the packaging and contents plus a stat dec and we replace or refund without waiting for the carrier's verdict.
INTERNATIONAL: We ship worldwide, tracked or express only. No batteries or dangerous goods overseas. Duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility (DDU) and export prices exclude GST. No change-of-mind returns on international orders. Lost international parcels are investigated and resent or refunded if unresolved after 4 weeks.
