Business, Schools & Government Orders

We supply schools, TAFEs, universities, government departments and businesses across Australia — FPV and drone kits for STEM programs, 3D printing gear, and everything in between. Purchase orders are welcome; here's exactly how it works.

How it works

1. Send us your list. Email hello@phaserfpv.com.au with the products you need (links, SKUs, or a rough brief — we're happy to spec a kit for your program and budget).
2. We send a formal quote. On letterhead with our ABN and GST itemised — ready for your procurement system. Quotes are valid for 45 days.
3. Send your purchase order referencing the quote number. Once your PO lands, we allocate your stock — and order in anything not on the shelf — so the whole order is ready to go.
4. We issue the invoice. Payable by bank transfer (EFT) only for purchase-order sales.
5. Payment clears → your order ships under our normal same-day rules (before 1pm AEST, business days).

The plain-English terms

• Prepaid only. Goods leave after payment is received — we don't offer credit accounts or net terms, for anyone. It's what keeps our pricing sharp.
• Quotes hold pricing for 45 days; your PO holds the stock. Stock is allocated (and backorders placed) when your purchase order arrives. If payment hasn't reached us within 45 days of the PO, the allocation is released and the order lapses — just ask for a fresh quote.
• GST tax invoices are issued for every order automatically.
• Big order? Ask about volume pricing — many lines (props, batteries, filament, classroom kits) have bulk rates.
• Delivery, returns and warranty work exactly as our published Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Warranty policies describe — business customers get the same Australian Consumer Law coverage on eligible purchases.

A note for schools & STEM programs

We've helped schools build drone programs from scratch — choosing crash-tolerant gear, spares that survive a classroom, and batteries with the right safety story. Tell us your year level, budget and class size and we'll spec it with you before you ever raise a PO. Repairs and spare parts for school fleets are handled by our in-house bench.
