The HDZero Freestyle V2 VTX is our 2nd generation 5.8GHz digital video transmitter which can be fitted into most of the 3.5-inch and 5-inch drones. All the sockets are well protected by the CNC case that provides durability, RF shielding and improved signal integrity. A wire harness is included for solderless connection for power and MSP UART port. The antenna and MIPI cable are secured by the included retention bar and screws.

The Freestyle V2 kit includes the VTX, Nano 90 camera, MIPI cable suitable for most frames, and an antenna certified to work well with the VTX. Additionally, an adapter is included to fit the camera into 19x19mm micro camera mounts. The Freestyle V2 kit offers three unique modes for freestyle pilots:

540p90 mode: This mode showcases HDZero's most compelling advantage - fixed and near-zero latency combined with a high frame rate. Pilots can confidently dive into tight gaps, knowing they can make flight corrections at the last millisecond.
720p60 mode: Switch to this mode for a notable bump in resolution. Enjoy the environment and scope out gaps in the distance. Fly fast and close to the grass while observing the consistency of the image, as there is no temporal compression applied to the digital image. Notice the large dynamic range offered by HDZero's raw, unprocessed video transmission.
540p60 mode: This mode trades resolution for superior signal quality and stability. By reducing bandwidth from 27MHz to 17MHz (change HDZero Bandwidth to Narrow in Source menu on HDZero Goggle), this mode provides a more robust signal that is less prone to interference. It performs better behind obstacles and in more challenging RF environments. Pilots can use this mode when the situation requires it - another tool in their toolbox.
