What was reported
Owner could never bind the built-in ELRS receiver.
Our take
Untested by us. Often an ELRS firmware/bind-phrase mismatch; reflash ELRS. Otherwise usable with an external RX, or for parts.
Repair hint
Reflash ELRS firmware and set a bind phrase.

Are you looking to buy LUCKY DIP · iFlight BLITZ F4 Whoop AIO (F411, BMI270, ELRS 2.4): Won't Bind, Sold As-Is in Australia?
LUCKY DIP: faulty customer return, sold as-is. No returns, no warranty.
This listing is for one returned iFlight BLITZ F4 Whoop AIO v1.0: F411 flight controller, 5A 1S 4-in-1 ESC, 50mW VTX and built-in ELRS 2.4GHz receiver. It came back to us in September 2024 and has been on the shelf since. Rather than freight it back to the supplier overseas, we're letting a tinkerer have it cheap.
How the price works: it starts at $40 and drops every night at midnight for 30 days, down to a $12 floor. The floor price only lasts 24 hours. If nobody grabs it, the price goes back up to $40 and the 30-day countdown starts again. Wait too long and you could miss it, or have to wait another month.
About the photos: these are photos of a new one, for reference only. They don’t show this unit or its condition. Want photos of the actual item? Email us at hello@phaserfpv.com.au and we’ll send some.
What was reported
- The owner could never get the built-in ELRS receiver to bind, after hours of trying.
Our take
- Not tested by us. Bind trouble on built-in ELRS is very often a firmware/version mismatch or bind phrase issue rather than dead hardware.
- Could score: flash matching ELRS firmware (over Wi-Fi or through Betaflight passthrough) and set your bind phrase, and it may come good.
- Worst case: parts. Or use it with an external receiver on a spare UART, since the FC, ESC and VTX may all be fine.
