What was reported
Brand new, never flown. In Betaflight, 2 of the 4 motors would not spin. Returned as DOA.
Our take
Looks brand new in its case. Two dead motors on a new micro usually means the 4-in-1 ESC on the Redfox A1 F4 AIO, but check the motor plugs and the ESC protocol settings first. A replacement Redfox A1 F4 AIO (analog VTX version) swaps straight in. Not powered up by us.
Repair hint
Check motor plugs and ESC settings; else fit a Sub250 Redfox A1 F4 AIO (analog VTX version).

Are you looking to buy LUCKY DIP · Sub250 Nanofly16 1S (TBS Crossfire Nano RX): 2 Motors Dead, Unflown, Sold As-Is in Australia?
LUCKY DIP: faulty customer return, sold as-is. No returns, no warranty.
This listing is for one returned Sub250 Nanofly16 1.6" 1S micro quad (TBS Crossfire Nano RX version). It came back to us in November 2023, unflown, and has been sitting in its case on the returns shelf ever since. We could pay to freight it back to the overseas supplier, but we'd rather it went to someone who'll use it.
How the price works: it starts at $150 and drops every night at midnight for 30 days, down to a $50 floor. The floor price only lasts 24 hours. If nobody grabs it, the price goes back up to $150 and the 30-day countdown starts again. Wait too long and you could miss it, or have to wait another month.
What was reported
- Brand new out of the box: it was never flown.
- Plugged into Betaflight, 2 of the 4 motors would not spin.
Our take
It looks brand new in its case, with props on and the spare canopy and tool included. Two dead motors on a brand-new micro usually point to the 4-in-1 ESC on the AIO board (Redfox A1 F4) rather than the motors themselves. A motor plug not seated or an ESC setting in Betaflight is also possible.
- Could score: check the motor plugs and the ESC/motor protocol settings first. If it's a setting, you've got a new Nanofly16 with a TBS Crossfire Nano RX at a bargain.
- Likely: a replacement Sub250 Redfox A1 F4 AIO (analog VTX version) swaps straight in.
- Worst case: parts: frame, 4 motors, camera, canopy and the TBS Crossfire Nano RX.
We haven't powered it up ourselves.
