Our take
Diagnosed by us: one motor is faulty; the ESC and the rest of the drone checked out OK. Replace one Mobula8 motor for an 85mm HD whoop with a full DJI O3 Air Unit. Smoke-stopper the first power-up (it’s been shelved since 2023).

This listing is for one returned Happymodel Mobula8 85mm 1-2S HD whoop, ELRS, with a DJI O3 Air Unit. It came back to us in October 2023. The customer was sent a brand-new replacement, and this one has been on the shelf ever since. We could pay to freight it back to the overseas supplier, but we'd rather it went to someone with a soldering iron.
How the price works: it starts at $380 and drops every night at midnight for 30 days, down to a $180 floor. The floor price only lasts 24 hours. If nobody grabs it, the price goes back up to $380 and the 30-day countdown starts again. Wait too long and you could miss it, or have to wait another month.

Our take
We diagnosed this one ourselves: one motor is faulty, and the ESC and the rest of the drone checked out OK. It still looks pretty much new. That makes it one of the best buys in the Lucky Dip.
- Likely score: solder in one replacement Mobula8 motor and you've got an 85mm HD whoop with a full DJI O3 Air Unit for well under half price.
- Even as parts: the O3 Air Unit alone is worth a big chunk of the price.
- It has been on the shelf since 2023, so give it a smoke-stopper power-up before first flight.
