What was reported

Return notes lost. An extra inline power board (IN/OUT) has been soldered in, which isn’t factory, so the power side has been worked on. The DJI O3 Air Unit is present, and two loose canopy/camera-mount pieces are in the box.

Our take

Not powered up by us. Treat it as possibly electrically damaged (reverse battery or a failed regulator are common). It may only need the extra board removed and a new AIO; the O3 Air Unit alone is worth much of the price if it works. Worst case: frame, ducts, motors and props for parts.

Repair hint

Remove the inline board, smoke-stopper test, check the O3 separately; a replacement BLV4 AIO is the likely fix.

Are you looking to buy LUCKY DIP · NewBeeDrone AcroBee75 BLV4-F7 HD O3 BNF (ELRS): Untested Return, Modified Power in Australia?

LUCKY DIP: customer return, sold as-is. No returns, no warranty.

This listing is for one returned NewBeeDrone AcroBee75 BLV4-F7 HD O3 BNF (ELRS), a 75mm whoop carrying a full DJI O3 Air Unit. It came back to us around 2024 and has been bagged up on the returns shelf ever since. We could pay to freight it back to the overseas supplier, but we'd rather it went to someone who'll use it.

How the price works: it starts at $320 and drops every night at midnight for 30 days, down to a $150 floor. The floor price only lasts 24 hours. If nobody grabs it, the price goes back up to $320 and the 30-day countdown starts again. Wait too long and you could miss it, or have to wait another month.

What we know

The return notes didn't survive, so we can't tell you for sure why it came back. What we can see:

  • An extra inline power board (marked IN / OUT) has been soldered in. That isn't factory, so someone has worked on the power side.
  • The DJI O3 Air Unit, camera and antenna are all there.
  • Two loose canopy / camera-mount pieces came in the box with it.

Our take

We haven't powered it up. Treat it as possibly electrically damaged: a whoop with extra power wiring has often had a power problem such as a reversed battery or a failed regulator.

  • Could score: it may just need the extra board removed and a fresh AIO. The DJI O3 Air Unit alone is worth a good chunk of the price if it works.
  • Worst case: the AIO and O3 are both damaged and you're left with the frame, ducts, motors and props for parts.

Specs (when working)

  • NewBeeDrone AcroBee75 BLV4-F7 HD, 75mm ducted whoop
  • Video: DJI O3 Air Unit (O3 version, box dated 2023)
  • Receiver: ELRS 2.4GHz (built into the AIO)
  • XT30 battery lead
