I woud review if the product had turned up!

I purchased this product on 18 January 2022 and I am still waiting for it a month later. The delivery company, Aramex, say they will look into where my package is and then never get back to me (asked them twice) and Phaser just keep telling me to check with Aramex and blaming COVID, I want what I paid for!
