Great experience good filament brand

Very happy with experience purchasing polymaker Asa filament through PhaserFPB. Delivers in a timely manner and great condition. Filament was on sale so got a great deal on 3x1kg. Will need every gram as I dial in my presets for future project. Find easier to keep ASA adhered to bed then petg. Just my experience.

Really happy with it so far.

First print started to lift on the raft.
Re-started after spraying the bed, and tweaked the temps again.
Next print looks better than my usual filament.
Vibrant colour as well.

Ignore the recommended bed temperatures

I had a bugger of a time getting it to stick to the bed of my Ender 3 S1 Pro with the PEI bed.. Checked all my Axis, Trammed the bed, ABL, tried different squishes, no luck.

The recommended 80c was just insufficient and it would release even on the first layer, even with a brim. A quick google search suggested trying 100-110c for the bed temperature and it printed like a champion. The lines were great, no stringing, very happy.

Easier than I thought!

I avoided printing ASA as I thought it was hard to print, but Polylite on an X1C is a breeze. Tried multiple colours and works perfectly in my AMS. Highly Recommended!

Polylite ASA amazing filamint

We've been using Polylite ASA recently for a mass production project. The results are fantastic in our Flashforge Creator 3 R2.
Had no trouble tuning it in, hot ends at 245, bed at 100. No shrinkage or warping it just prints perfectly time and time again.Only the tiniest bit of string when printing super fast. Very Happy with the results. Thanks PhaserFPV

Good filament

Took a while to dial in. Very nice surface finish and great strength once you get it right.
